Months and years can go into rehabbing neglected and abused souls. Trust, dietary and health issues are just a few of the regular issues we face. Though not all we receive are neglected or abused, some are surrender due to difficult situations.
All the the work we do with these amazing souls is so we can see them go off to their forever home.

Veterinary expenses and rehabilitation costs can often exceed thousands of dollars to be able to successfully attain the emotional, physical and medical stability needed to place the wee souls with their forever families.

We have 2 stunning young boys available for adoption. They are brothers and only available together.
Unfortunately due top the housing crises they were surrendered in. Were originally handrasied but due to aviary life before they came here, they can be a bit bitey.
at only 2 years old, tit wont take long to bring back their cuddly side.

The hope when we have animals come into us, is that we can rehabilitate them and find them suitable forever homes. This isn't always the case, some are just too damage. Those beautiful souls find safe and forever homes with in East Coast Exotic Haven.

Generally when anyone finds themselves needing to surrender their pets for any reason, it can be extremely difficult. Please know that if you are needing to surrender a captive bred reptile or bird we are here to help, no judgement, we only want what is best for the animals.
​
Our permanent and long term (on going medical treatment/rehabilitation) residents are family, some have required months and years of rehabilitation to recover from injuries and neglect, some are requested to stay by surrendering owner.
